I think the most important quality to bring to tuition is a sense of drive to motivate students. Often High school students are unaware of the importance or usefulness of academics and I believe it is important to also educate them on why it is important to achieve good grades. High academic achievement can give a student a plethora of pathways in the future and open up many options both University and non-University related. Thus, as a tutor I believe it is important to engage students in a manner that allows them to understand the importance of their learning.
