What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I like the interacting with individuals and small groups, as you can give undivided attention, and with one student especially, you can tailor the session to their exact requirements. You can be flexible and change the sessions as needed. It is immensely satisfying to be personally involved in a student's development and it's also nice when you have that rapport between you.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My knowledge and many years of experience of my subject mean I'm able to determine individual needs very well. With my assessment background, I can also see exactly what level a student is at. I explain things well, clearly, and patiently. I deliver engaging lessons for students which they enjoy. I've had many years of happy tutoring with students of all ages, and for all types of English language needs.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor's primary aim is to instill confidence in the student. Students seek tutors for a variety of reasons. Maybe the student is struggling and needs someone to explain things more clearly. A wise and patient tutor will do that, and the student will feel more confident; that they can do it! Some students come to tutoring with no real problems, they just want more challenge, practice, and get even better at what they do. A good tutor will inspire them to be the best they can. These are the two main reasons, but either way, a tutor is the key to a positive learning experience, something more!
