Tutoring hones my leadership and mentorship skills while being able share my knowledge of the subject. It also allows me to help others become better.

My greatest strength would be my communication and interpersonal skills that enable me to easily engage with the students, parents, colleagues, and superiors. I am also a go-getter and results-driven person, so I will make sure my students fully understand the subject. Lastly, I am always open to feedback which will help me develop my personal and tutoring skills.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student would be being someone reliable and committed to their growth. The students expect to learn and develop their knowledge and skills of the subject, so the it is the tutor's role to aid that process. A tutor must have a can-do attitude, not one who gives up when the circumstances are tough.
