What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love to help children overcome their fear, be able to open up with their talents, use their special skills because I believe each child is special in their own way. I like to support to in their self-development which means they are encouraged to develop in their best way, not the way adults want them to be. I always notice some problematic way that adults usually teach children by yellin at them and expecting them to be perfect. And I completely don't support that. My sister indicated that she understood everything I taught her better than her mom.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think my understanding and empathy are the most two powerful ways to guide the children. Their minds are sensitive and we have to enter their world to communicate and lead them. Children always expect us to support them especially when they are at their worst.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
What a tutor should and need to do are guiding a child to enhance their strengths and improve their weaknesses with all of the power invested in ourselves; reminding and figuring out what their barriers are to success (such as are they afraid of they can't pass? or they are not receiving any support from their beloved ones?).
In my power, I'd do anything to make a child to improve the best of themselves. If I'm ever wrong, I will try to improve myself in order to match with them too. I would tell the child to think about the lessons in a less academic way so that they will not feel pressured.
