What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoyed the process when I see my students showing their initiative in studying. Some students are lazy and unwilling to study because they always feel failing or not motivated as they can't see the result of their effort in studying. With my tutoring to help them understand their study, my students tend to be more motivated in studying because they see their improvements, they see their hard work paying out. Then they will start to study on their own; Even when they don't understand something, they will find a way to figure it out. That is what I enjoy seeing.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I am a person who is full of empathy. I always step in my students' shoes and think why they don't understand this, why can't they understand that. Then I will come up with an alternative way to help them understand.Most important things I can do for a student π
To encourage self studying and build up their motivation in studying. Tutors and teachers can assist students but we can never study for them. I mean after all, no matter how well and how much we teach as a tutor, if the students do not study, there will be no results.
