One of the defining aspects of a tutor is to create a truely personalised learning for a student that take particular approaches to help better a student, not only in their academics, and in their improvement of grades, but to build confidence within themselves. Another significant element of tutoring is to teach to the student's strengths and minimising the student's weaknesses by acknowledging their struggles and concerns and take active and specialised approaches to ensure that they may overcome any academic obstacles so that their weaknesses become their strengths.
