What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

There is nothing more rewarding than knowing and seeing the evidence that you have made an impact on someone's life by helping them learn and perform better. You get to watch the students grow and be proud that you were part of the process to get them to where they are today.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

In order for the tutoring sessions to be efficient, it is essential that a good relationship be established between the tutor and the student. I believe I hold the key Adaptability, communication and interpersonal skills to form that connection. I am a good listener and very patient with my students which allows them to learn at their own pace while understanding the concepts better.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to be patient and understanding with them, as what is obvious or easy for you may not be so for your student. Learn not to show annoyance in your speech or body language as it can demotivate the students and make them perform even worse. A tutor must collaborate with the student, as the tutor-student relationship works best as a partnership. Let the student know you are there to work with them to supplement classroom and individual study.
