What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

As tutoring gives the opportunity to effectively pass on and transmit essential knowledge/ concepts, which i believe is a vital notion for a consistent, progressive future/ growth within a society. Hence, it is primarily the ability and willingness to share knowledge through tutoring opportunities that arises my passion for tutoring. Being comprised of a very friendly, vibrant and empathetic personality, tutoring further emerges an enjoyable experience for me, as I am able to cohesively bond with the students, establishing an approachable student-mentor relationship.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My design oriented thinking is a valuable trait I carry, as I believe it equips me well with various creative methods of teaching, problem solving, etc. This further enables me to derive more than one type of approach to a question/ problem/ issue, ensuring I can explain the working out/ solving process in different ways to suit the needs of each individual. In addition, the overarching ability of mine to prioritise commitments and make use of exceptional organisational skills ensure that I am consistent and prepared in each tutoring lesson, securing my students as my top priority.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

- have the potential to deliver clarity in their explanations - possess the patience to be able to clarify and/ or repeat explanations/ thought processes countless times until the student 100% understands - deliver a level of creativity in their explanations to make the learning experience enjoyable for the student AND themselves - Last but not the least, treat this student-tutor relationship with care and respect, ensuring the tutor doesn't perceive this duty as a job, but more as a passion/ responsibility.
