What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy the most about tutoring is having the opportunity to have a genuine and positive impact on a student’s academic career. I love using my passion, mathematics, to help other students, and also sharing my own learning experiences and strategies and teaching others in a way that has worked well for me.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Having gone through the education system myself and being part of the first cohort that graduated under the QCE ATAR system, I have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the subjects I tutor. I am very confident in my ability to both teach the material at a very high standard and communicate in a manner that is easy to understand.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

One of the most important things I believe a tutor can do is to make their student confident in themselves. I don’t think simply teaching the material in a subject is enough - it is the tutor's job to make sure the student really understands what they are learning, and to make sure the student not only thrives academically but becomes more confident and independent in their own ability to learn and succeed.
