What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Helping students reach their full potential. I believe that every student is unique, and has their own set of skills and knowledge. I love seeing students realise just how much they are capable of. A boost in self-confidence, resilience, hard work and self-discipline is always exciting. It is fantastic to see a student grow.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am patient, kind, and diligent when it comes to learning. I never give up on a student. I believe that my age helps me when it comes to working with children and young adults. I like to keep things exciting and fun! I also have a quirky personality! I like to relate the work to a student’s interests and learning needs.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Catering to a student’s learning needs and interests. A great tutor is not someone who simply excels in providing a high level of content knowledge. A great tutor needs to be able to connect with the student. A student needs to feel engaged and take pride in the work they do. I am able to help them achieve this confidence, and to stay motivated. Work needs to be made interesting, even when it might not seem possible!
