What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Improvement over the long term. The students that come to tutoring tend to not be so confident or feel like they can't improve in maths at all. When, after putting in consistent and regular concentrated effort, they do improve it's an amazing part of the process as they slowly become more confident and change their own approach to maths.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths are; - Patience when a student is struggling to understand or grasp a question. - Gauging the students understanding in real time using open ended questions. - Reconfiguring my approach to better suit the students needs such as approaching a concept through different analogies.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Prepare them for independent learning. If a student can understand the process of learning then they really don't need any guidance and can improve on their own.
