What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy seeing the people I tutor grow. It is rewarding when after lots of effort and time they finally achieve what they want. The indescribable fulfilment they feel when they finally understand something or receive a good grade is desirable.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I am a patient person. I have grown up in a family of seven and I believe patience is one of my strengths. I have time and do not expect the child to understand immediately as well as get it takes time.
I am caring and kind and never make a child feel inadequate when they do not understand a concept.
I genuinely care about the people I help and want to see them reach their full potential and I will go above and beyond to help them.
Most important things I can do for a student π
A vital aspect of tutoring is being non-judgemental. it is important for a tutor to make the student feel comfortable to share if they do not understand something or are struggling. If a student feels as if they will be judged or considered inadequate they are less likely to come to tutorβs for help. Building a strong relationship is extremely important and helps both the student and tutor feel more at ease.
I believe a tutor can make the student feel as if they can achieve anything.
