What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Scaffolding students to learn is the happiest thing. In large classrooms, providing support to individuals is just rare whereas in tutoring it is possible. In tutoring, the teacher can understand the needs and level of the learner(s) and teach accordingly. In a larger classroom with mixed ability learners, the teacher may focus only on the majority of learners and some learners are left with limited learning. Tutoring provides a platform where a learner can be focused, taught, and improve his skills faster and better.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strength is my friendliness, kindness and respect at the same time. I will always think and anticipate problems and solutions during lesson plans and work on them. Students-centered teaching and practice skills and language consistently is also my strength as an English Teacher.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Understanding Students' needs, their level and working accordingly is important such as providing remedies, creating materials based on the learner's interest and using rapport as an effective learning environment. Understanding students' level of the proximal zone is equally important to teach them in a better way. Providing remedy and working on it repetitively will help learners while learning English as a Second Language.
