What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy working with students one-on-one and see them use the tricks and techniques to unlock their potential. When a student receives results that he/she did not expect, the gratitude expressed is always the best reward for me as a tutor.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I ensure that while I spend time with the student, I am able to comprehensively explain the topic and then leave time for Q&A.
Before moving onto the next topic, I ensure that I quiz the student regarding the learnt content and make sure he/she does not have holes in their learning/understanding.
I am always available when a student asks for help (even after hours).
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
From personal experience, I have had a few unfair and unsatisfactory experiences with tutors throughout my schooling journey. As a result, I have learnt from those experiences and structured my services in regards to having the student as the main focus. As a tutor, the most important thing I can do is explain and walk a student through unfamiliar content and watch him/her progress. It is extremely rewarding when students come up to me and explain how they found the topic very hard at school but my service has helped them achieve an excellent grade or deepen their understanding.
