What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
My favourite aspect of tutoring and teaching is pasting on my knowledge and helping the people I tutor achieve their personal best. Personally, I believe that everyone has the potential to do well in their chosen subjects but sometimes, they just need an extra push in the right direction and I'm very happy and willing to do that.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Throughout my learning journey, I've experimented many different ways to learn and revise concepts from both humanities and STEM based subjects. By doing so, I think I've developed very versatile techniques for learning and teaching that will be applicable to a variety of students.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
1. The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is help them become more confident with themselves about their ability to achieve the grade they want in the subject they want. As a wise person once said, "if you believe, you're already half way there." As a tutor I want to be able to help my students believe in themselves so they realise that they're a lot closer to their goal than they might have initially thought.
2. Another vital thing a tutor can do is consider the student themselves throughout the tutoring process and cater to their own techniques and study habits.
