The most important thing a tutor can do is to show enthusiasm to his/her work. Simply attempting to teach students with as little effort as possible is wrong. How can you expect students to show committment to their studies if the tutor cannot show committment to them? I firmly believe that showing a real desire to teach results in a real desire to learn
