What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy helping students fulfil their potential. I love the moment of recognition when something finally 'clicks' for a student, and they can understand and more fully grasp a concept, idea, or assignment.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am a very patient person, and am willing to find new and engaging ways to explain things if students don't understand the first time. I also love working with children and young people, as they always help me consider and understand new and valuable perspectives. I am quite flexible in my thinking, and am happy to aid learning in whichever way works best for individual students.

The most important thing in tutoring is ensuring teaching is catered to each individual student. A tutoring session is often set up as a one-on-one session allowing a unique relationship between student and tutor, whereby a tutor can gain a deep understanding of the teaching that works best for a student, and ways that may not work so well. As a result, tutors are able to form strong bonds with their students that enhance their learning experience.
