What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Tutoring is a job where you decide the direction of your role. There is no one looking over your shoulder and there is no one holding your hand. You are thrown out into the studentβs world, and you learn to adapt on the fly. This independence really does help develop your problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
