I enjoy helping students learn and also help them enjoy the process of learning. I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to listen and understand the student's learning style and being able to adapt accordingly. Students often learn at a different pace from each other and a tutor should understand when to slow down, when to speed up, or when to adjust the teaching style to suit the student's learning needs such as using aids and real-world examples.
