Flexible with students understand-ability on the subject and tutoring according to students knowledge. Making the subject interest to students where explaining with practical and day-to-day examples. Addressing students questions relating to subject matter and explain it in a different way so that students can understand in better way. Working more examples and covering more difficult areas for students. Doing a summary at the end of each day/ lesson so that student has a better understanding. Explaining them strategies to solve exam question and helping them to brake down the question.

Most importantly always understand the level of knowledge of each student because every student is unique with their knowledge on subject area, numeric skills etc. Being flexible with students when tutoring to understand the study material by providing them with more practical application. Do more questions on difficult areas and allow them adequate time to process the information. Its important to tell the basic knowledge and build the relevant study area. Advice on how to tackle exam questions by providing strategies in how to brake down the question etc.
