What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love having the time to truly listen to what the students need and actually be able to give them the help. Also, it is rewarding when I see they increased confidence and ability.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Some of my greatest strengths are that I’m very energetic and empathic. I lean on these qualities heavily while I’m tutoring. I think my energy helps keep students engaged and motivated with the material, and my empathy allows them to move at their own learning pace comfortably.

I think there are a lot of qualities that go into being a good tutor. Some of the most essential ingredients are to be compassionate and build rapport . A good tutor should take the time to connect meaningfully with the student and their families. They will be caring and compassionate, but also professional. Having a good rapport with the student builds their confidence and trust. It creates a fun tutoring environment and makes them feel happy about coming to class.
