What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy how fulfilling it is to shape the minds of the younger generation and hopefully spark an interest that will assist them in whatever career path they choose to pursue. During my educational career, I have enjoyed learning and applying different concepts to problems in order to reach the desired solution and I believe that I can emulate this teaching style.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a student who has recently graduated high school, I believe that I have a solid foundation of knowledge concerning the syllabus and would be very helpful in assisting the students to avoid common pitfalls. In addition to this, as evident in my marks throughout my high school period I can help the students tackle tasks to obtain the best result in an enjoyable environment. My areas of speciality include most areas of mathematics, the sciences (specifically Chemistry) and economics.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe that one of the most vital things a tutor can do is to establish a welcoming environment so that the students feel comfortable asking questions. At the same time, tutors should not provide answers straight away. Instead, they should guide them on the right path and assist them by breaking the question up in order to stimulate better problem-solving skills.
