The strengths I possess as a tutor include being able to get the message and content across, through simplifying the work and explaining it thoroughly, my friendly nature and humour, as well as being able to see students' potential and bring the confidence in their abilities to the surface.

The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to provide a safe and calm environment to assist students in not feeling pressured and thus able to learn the content that is being taught. Furthermore, to constantly encourage, motivate and provide positive reinforcement so the student can learn to strive for greater results and have dreams and ambitions that keep the hope alive in them.
