I am a person who believes that results come with hard work in combination with analytical and problem-solving skills, as evidenced by my good grades in my studies and my work experience. I will bring a strong work ethic to tutoring, as well as an attention to detail and focus on delivering excellence. I also have an ability to grasp new concepts quickly, and the learning curve in the tutoring industry is as appealing to me as it is rigorous. I am willing to put in the effort necessary to be a good tutor and to encourage growth and progress in my students.

From my experience, the desire to learn and succeed must come from within, but once that feeling is there it is the tutor's responsibility to cultivate and grow this passion and to translate it into continuous improvement. Hence, one of the most important things that a tutor can do is understand the student's needs and to meet those needs in a personal manner, whether it be through motivation and encouragement or effective communication of complex concepts.
