I like make friends with students, and while they get the higher grade I am really happy to see. I like to see lots of different difficult questions, while think the solution is really help me to active my brain.

As a teacher, we need to know which part is the weak point for the students, also treat them as your own kids with patient . To teach them as why we need to learn this topic, not teach them like it is for an exam, and then for higher grader, we need to learn.
