My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Having done maths at secondary, tertiary and post-graduate levels, I think I have seen a large variety of mathematical theories and concepts. As a result, I have also been faced with a large variety of problems and assignment type questions, which I have had to complete. I also know what teachers and examiners look for in students answers and I think I can provide the students with the tools to present the best work possible.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing that a tutor can do for a student is to build their confidence in a subject area. A student with more confidence will feel comfortable with the subject matter and will be able to apply it to a wider variety of questions and problems. Attaining this confidence can be achieved through a number of methods such as: positive reinforcement, practicing weak areas and sharing of tips and tricks on how to do certain types of mathematical problems.
