What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is being able to hand on skills I already developed myself. Hereby, I think it is especially fascinating to see students having breakthroughs of understanding.

I believe that my strength as a tutor mostly lie in my analytical nature whereas I am able to quickly identify where issues in understanding of my students lie.

I believe the most important things a tutor can do for a student are threefold: - offering explanations of and guidance for specific topics and skills - matching the learning levels of the student whereas the content discussed should neither be too easy nor too demanding - tutoring in a non-judgemental fashion whereas failures are treated as learning opportunities
