A tutor must help his student develop his passion and intuition for the subject by paying attention to his weaknesses and being patient with him. He must ensure his student is comfortable sharing his point of view, and should appreciate his effort. Also, He must help his student imagine and consistently develop his skills by giving challenging assignments with a sufficient time window, so that the student has enough time to think and process. He must trust in his student and his ability.
