What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I like the most about tutoring is that every lesson is different. If you are explaining the same topic to different people, you will have to find other ways to talk about the same thing. I really like this creative side of the job.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My enthusiasm for teaching, as well as my interest in inclusion in science, would make me a great tutor. My experience tutoring students with special educational needs and leading inclusive science activities for primary school students equipped me with the ability to adapt my teaching techniques to the individual students to ensure their needs are being met. Presenting science-based activities to schools, as part of my science presenter job in a museum, taught me how to communicate complex scientific facts in an engaging way for all audiences and abilities.

I believe then most important things a tutor can do for a student is explaining a topic in a way that is relevant to them and connects to their life experiences. In this way students can connect to the subject and appreciate its importance.
