What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
I think it's very relaxed to be able to work in a 1 on 1 environment and it feels rewarding to be able to see a student improve their understanding thanks to your tutoring. It really feels worth it when your student goes from struggling to being on top of things and you helped to get them there.My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
I'm very patient which means I have no problem spending as much time as necessary on one topic until I'm sure the student properly grasps it. I'm also a relaxed person and so I can provide supportive and non-judgmental tutoring in a way that makes the student feel comfortable. I'm also quite passionate about maths and I think I may be able to help a student become at least a bit passionate as well.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
It's important that the tutor makes sure the student completely understands a concept before moving on and that there are no gaps in their knowledge. I believe that simply memorizing formulas isn't enough. The student should understand exactly how and why the formulas work.
