What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Since my mother is a teacher and having watched my mother teach her students since childhood, I've always had a passion for teaching. During my combined study sessions, I enjoyed teaching and learning with my friends. I realized that I started liking to learn and research about the topic to present so that I could teach well knowing about the entire topic. I am also familiar with the Australian Curriculum as I have helped my niece and nephew who study in Adelaide.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
While conducting a session for my team consisting of more than 100 colleagues, I realized that I have an inborn talent for teaching. If given a chance, I will try my best to be patient and sincere enough to ensure that students understand a topic. I will ensure that a student will feel free to open up about their discomfort and difficulties by communicating with them on a daily basis. I will try to motivate them so that every student can use their full potential to reach their goal.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe a good tutor needs to connect with the student and understand their studentβs capability so that the student can be guided and helped to revive their performance in the classroom. Tutors must teach at the pace of their students and must tailor methods of teaching for that individual student specifically. A tutor needs to be friendly as well as need to ensure that they are working their best in the subject. Consistency combined with academic assistance and human connection can help bring up a child to do their best.
