What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy working with different people. Everyone is quite unique and have different goals/backgrounds. Thus it makes each tutoring experience unique and worthwhile.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have previously privately tutored 25+ VCE students over the course of 3 years. In that time numerous students have scored over the study score of 40. I received a score of 48 (raw) in Maths Methods and 42 (raw) in Specialist Maths. I am great at connecting with students as I am quite young and use more colloquial language. My students have always enjoyed my classes as I make it interactive and tailored to each individual.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Tutors first need to have great communication skills and need to unpack complex concepts concisely and easily. Tutors needs to also understand general psychology in students. Some students already have lots of pre-existing motivation while some need extra encouragement. Being able to identify their needs and current situation will help tutors find strategies to further challenge/assist students. On a more personal note, I also believe a tutor has the capability to build self-confidence in students.
