What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I like the experience of helping other people to have better results while also learning from my students. During my teaching experience, I found out that many students have really interesting logic and creative thinking. It has always been very nice to learn from the others and teach them with what I know at the same time.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Besides my solid background knowledge, I am friendly, patient, careful, and funny. To me, those are potential traits to be a tutor, because besides showing students the knowledge, the tutors should also be able to explain it in a suitable way for each student. As for my experience, in some cases, if we change the explanation method, the student could get the idea easier. Besides, a tutor should also be able to create a convenient atmosphere for learning and sharing.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

From my perspective, the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to encourage the student to keep trying and believe in their potential. As each student has different strengths, the competitive environment would easily make a student feel ashamed when being left behind. Thus, a tutor should be the one to inspire and accompany with the students on that journey.
