A tutor can make the content understandable for all people. A tutor should also be able to tailor their teaching to each individual student, as not everyone learns in the same manner. A tutor should also understand that some subjects are mandatory, and should understand how far a person wants to go with the content. For example, someone doing a class solely to finish year 12 will require a different style of tutoring to someone very interested in subject, or someone that is planning to study this subject in the future.
