Seeing the student's development over time is one of the most rewarding aspects of tutoring. It is a very rewarding and pleasurable experience that enables me to grow personally and professionally while also having a good impact on someone else's life.

I'd say my biggest strengths as a tutor is my patience and flexibility. Sure the subject knowledge is crucial and irreplaceable, but the patience to figure out student's troubles and seeing things from their perspective has made them more receptive in my experience.
