What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The ability to inspire a young person! Young children are at an impressionable age, thus being able to form a connection and make a lasting impact makes tutoring a mentally fulfilling role for me.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Having worked with students of varying ages and ability, I find myself able to shape learning methodologies around a student's needs and strengths. With rich experience abroad, I have become sensitive to intercultural demands while working with parents and children, thus I find myself able to create lasting trust-based relationships with parents that allow me to set realistic goals and long-term plans for the student. Thus, communication and innovative teaching are central to my role as a tutor.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor's most important responsibility is twofold: they must build a positive and respectful relationship with their student which promotes constructive criticism and active conversation and secondly, personalised lesson plans that work around a student's preferred modes and methods of learning.
