What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the "ah-hah" moment students get whilst tutoring when they finally understand a concept that they haven't before. This helps me understand how they learn and then I can adapt my teaching style for future lessons and concepts.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strength whilst tutoring is being able to build a relationship and trust with the student. I like being able to relate to the students and show that I have been in their position before. I have seen that this helps students' morale and self-confidence as they are able to get advice from me whilst learning.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important thing about a tutor is being able to provide self-confidence for the student. I do this through encouragement catered both individually and to the group (if there is one). I have found that when students believe they have the ability to complete the question, they are more likely to ask questions and understand the reasoning and explanation for the answer rather than just looking for the answer itself.
