What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Personally, I love math. I think that they are problems that talk to you. I love tackling them and more than that I love to see that in other people. Specially younger kids! I want them to not fear math but to take it on and to see how fun it can be.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I graduated 12th grade in 2016 and have been studying math for the past 6 years of my life. I think since I have been in touch with it for so long and understand how to apply it to real world problems at a high level, I have quite a few tricks up my sleeve.
To also point out the fact that, since I grew up in a large family structure around a lot of my brothers and sisters who were my age. I know how to get through to different personality types. I believe that I am generally very easy to talk to and likeable.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The 3 most important things in matj tutoring are attention to detail during concepts and fundamentals, repetition and patience. The tutor mist be patient with the student, push them to do enough practice periodically and also be very detailed in their conceptual instructions.
