Learning science is full of twists and turns. It's about making embarrassing mistakes, overcoming setbacks and chasing those exhilarating aha moments. If they want to achieve great results students need to put in the time, but they also need to learn at a quicker pace - a learning pace that might not be completely comfortable to them. Some students get to the finish line quicker and some students struggle along the way.

We work with great physics tutors in Whittlesea who can support your child's academic progress. There's always a test or quiz around the corner and with a great tutor guiding them, students tend to feel less overwhelmed.
Tutors are also great role models. It's all about the connection they make with the student. We've found that when a tutor and a child click - that's when learning happens.
That is exactly what we look for in a tutor, someone attuned to the specific needs of your child.
All we need is to have a quick chat with you. We organise a tutor to come to your home for one-on-one tutoring, at a time that works for you and your child.
You pay a simple hourly rate. And if it happens that you are not completely happy with the tutor, we consider the first lesson a free trial. Then we keep looking for a better match.
Sounds good so far? We can start looking for a local physics tutor in Whittlesea right away!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Faith has quite a tidy and neat setting of working out. Back checking and note taking can be improved so that she is aware of past techniques she had utilised to attempt the more advanced questions and to make sure no silly mistakes were made. Overall, her ability to attempt harder and new questions she has not seen before improves every week, and should continue to remember questions she has dealt with in the past.
Maycee is a very energetic and joyful student. She is eager to learn and understand, which is amazing. She puts in the effort to work through difficult problems and celebrates when she does. She occasionally goes off on imaginative tangents and needs her focus renewed. Overall, she is an amazing student and a pleasure to teach.
One problem area Danika faces is remembering rules. Remembering rules (such as finding the midpoint, axis of symmetry, translations of graphs) are important when approaching a variety of questions, especially when the question becomes more complex and many steps must be taken to solve the question. It would be beneficial to read through notes taken in class before attempting any maths exercise so the rules are clearly identified before beginning any questions.

Washim was absolutely fantastic with our daughter Josephine! He was very patient and knowledgeable. Josephine went from a C student in Semester 1 to an A student in Semester 2 last year. The only variable that changed was tutoring with Washim during that period of time.
We had our first lesson with Jacob tonight and I wanted to let you know that we were highly impressed with him. Jacob seems to be a great fit for my daughter, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to pass this feedback on and let you know that we are very happy with Jacob.
Stuart has been a big help to our son Ben and we have noticed that he is enjoying math homework from school more now. If Ben has any problems with Math then when he comes home he sends Stuart a message during the week and Stuart always responds to him at some point, which is great. Things are going really well indeed!
