Hillary needs to talk aloud more and needs to know that its okay to make mistakes. I sometimes feel that she doesn't speak her mind worrying that her answer might be wrong. She should stop doing that and speak out more.
Always calm and polite Shows good effort. Ever since switching tutoring times to 5pm, she is much more alert and attentive. Always prepared and organized. Charlotte always explains what she is doing making it easy to see how she is thinking through things.
Gaps improved: Emma seems to understand when to apply the rules and how to approach a question. Gaps remaining: We have to start to develop skills that will allow Emma to be able to quickly pick up on small errors that she makes so she does not lose any marks. There are currently no real problem areas.
