Learning science takes a lot of effort. Students not only need to know the content, but how they can use concepts, when they can use them and why it's the right approach in a given situation.
Scientific thinking isn't easily acquired, but the skills are useful across fields and many future careers are built on them. It's a fascinating field with many applications - that's why students choose to put in the time and learn it.
Most students manage to stay afloat or even excel at physics all on their own, they master most steps along the way. However, sooner or later everyone needs help.
Learning how to analyse and solve problems as physicists do is an enormous leap. So how can you get involved and make it just a bit easier for your child?
One way to lift the burden off your child's shoulders is finding someone who will be there when they need it. If they have someone they can relate to, with the right approach at the right time, students tend to achieve their goals easier.
This is how to get started.
Once you reach out to us we can allocate a local Canning Vale physics tutor within a day or two.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Lately, I have been reinforcing the use of writing down every step while solving a maths question. Abi has successfully been able to do that now and is realising the importance of having to do that now especially with larger sums and the silly mistakes she has made while solving it in her head. When she solves multiplication and division in her head, she often makes silly mistakes. However when I've made her do tests, she's able to do them with ease since she is writing it down.
Ava has a very positive attitude. Very attentive during the lesson and always asks questions. She just needs to get into the habit of sitting for 15 - 20 minutes at least outside of the lesson revising what she has done.
Questions that may not seem straightforward lower his confidence even though he has the adequate skill to attempt it individually. Silly mistakes appear here and there and must attempt to lower this to improve his marks in examinations.
Ryan has been great. Jordon is already understanding more of the content which is fantastic. His words were "Ryan explains things much better than my teacher, so I understand it better."
All is going well with David. He is always on time and explaining things well with Ella. They are working through her math book and things are moving forward which is great. She will continue with a tutor once she starts school in Malaysia.
Thank you for your email. Ben and David are working well together and it appears that the working relationship is positive. Interestingly, Ben has instantly been able to move to working with David as both David and Ben have in common the same secondary school that Ben is currently going to. So while David attended the school some years prior to Ben, and much has change, they were still able to compare experiences about the school which helped start them working constructively. We are very satisfied with continuing with David.
