Needs a reminder to use the learning strategies while working through questions. In the past month I have noticed that her confidence has increased although she is still unsure over her ability when she doesn't understand straight away. She is also depending less on her numbers square when doing simple add and subtract questions which is great.
Elliot has a very good attitude towards maths. Elliot puts in a good amount of effort finishing all his homework and asking questions if he wants confirmation on anything or has questions about maths that aren't directly related to his homework. Elliot's work habits are very good with him completing his homework each week. He hasn't received a test back since I've been tutoring him so until we can see how he goes I won't be sure if he'll need to put in more effort or improve work habits.
The main area to be worked on now is intuitive number knowledge such as memorising times tables and addition patterns to increase the speed at which the more complicated problems can be done. There are no main problems at the moment with anthony as his work ethic regarding homework has improved.
