Ziada has a lovely manner, and is a pleasure to have here tutor my year 9 son in maths. She is calm and softly spoken, which has been a perfect match for us. I love the way she lets my son have a go and talk through the problem, and what he knows, before leaping in with an explanation. This gives my son the opportunity to just nod and say he understand without actually understanding! She is very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. And my son always feels good at the end of the session. Her communication is impeccable. Very timely and friendly. She has been very understanding when we got caught up and had to move our time. I would highly recommend Ziada to anyone ?
