What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
To be honest, I haven't experienced tutoring students, but I am my son's personal student. I've been doing some informal training when I was working with Microsoft as I was more knowledgeable with my colleagues in terms of different category of our work. With that said, I am enjoying sharing these knowledge to other people especially to my kid by applying different method of teaching as I know that not everyone learns on the same way. This will be a new career to me and I love taking challenges and experiencing new things.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I always join math competitions from primary to college and I am very proud that I was getting rewards and recognition. In fact, I had these rewards in college for different categories such as: Trigonometry group challenge - 3rd place, Algebra group - 2nd place, and 1st place for fastest solver using PEMDAS rules. Another advantage is the course that I am taking right now which is Diploma for IT as some of our work as a programmer requires mathematical knowledge. I am also a person who can easily connect with other people because of my honesty and understanding of another person's feelingsMost important things I can do for a student π
For me, connection and knowledge are the most important thing you can provide for a student. Students will never learn if you are only "teaching" a student, but you also have to understand them by making a connection so you can strategies their learning style.
