Solving algebraic equations went well. He can now solve them independently. The subtracting fraction question could be done without help from me and the step-by-step guideplan. For the fraction division question only a small hint was needed. New topic transformation homework was a recap of cartesian planes which he could do quite confidently.
Still some difficulties with translating written algebra questions to algebraic formulas. This will be one of the new homework questions. Often Clarrie does not read the question fully before starting on the exercise, this way he can miss important information that is needed to solve it.

Still quite some minor mistakes in calculations. I think these mistakes come from trying to rush the questions. For algebra questions, hints are needed to start on the question, so we will try to do more of the same exercises so that Clarrie becomes more familiar with tackling these types of problems

The different types of angle pairs were new and Clarrie could not do it in the previous homework. We went over them again and now he can identify the angles. In terms of fractions multiplication went well, only sometimes questions get rushed and therefore small mistakes are made.
Foundations of fractions is not all the way there yet. Sometimes he gets confused on the order of things to do when taking on a fraction question. I created a step-by-step plan for fraction questions about addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and assigned new homework about this as well

Good understanding of the new topic 'Angles' (geometry). Clarrie was able to answer questions quickly. For the assessment test questions, three of the questions that were answered wrong earlier were now done succesfully (with some guidance)
Answers can be written out more neatly. Not just the final answer Make use of the correct notation for angels, lines and rays. I feel like Clarrie if he is stuck on a question gives up too early and make a guess.
