Learning science is full of twists and turns. It's about making embarrassing mistakes, overcoming setbacks and chasing those exhilarating aha moments. If they want to achieve great results students need to put in the time, but they also need to learn at a quicker pace - a learning pace that might not be completely comfortable to them. Some students get to the finish line quicker and some students struggle along the way.

This is exactly when they can benefit from guided learning the most.
We work with great physics tutors in Carlton who can support your child's academic progress. There's always a test or quiz around the corner and with a great tutor guiding them, students tend to feel less overwhelmed.
Tutors are also great role models. It's all about the connection they make with the student. We've found that when a tutor and a child click - that's when learning happens.
That is exactly what we look for in a tutor, someone attuned to the specific needs of your child.
All we need is to have a quick chat with you. We organise a tutor to come to your home for one-on-one tutoring, at a time that works for you and your child.
You pay a simple hourly rate. And if it happens that you are not completely happy with the tutor, we consider the first lesson a free trial. Then we keep looking for a better match.
Sounds good so far? We can start looking for a local physics tutor in Carlton right away!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Amelia is doing good with her self questioning skills. She can sense when something doesn't make sense and will let me know. Her memory needs some working especially when it comes to something like changing mixed fractions to improper fractions and vice versa.
Sophia displays a very positive attitude during the lesson. She is very methodical in her work and always completes the homework that is assigned to her. She always asks if she unsure of something.
I believe that Charlott's problem areas are number patterns that have larger numbers or calculations- for example going up by 8's or down by 7's. I also believe another problem area for Charlotte is time. Currently, I believe she is having trouble identifying how the little hand moves with the big hand why it is called quarter TO and quarter PAST. But, saying that, I do believe she is significantly improving in both her number patterns and time.
Things are going really well with Adam. Josephine is very comfortable with him and enjoys their lessons. He has been very helpful, friendly and supportive. We're really pleased its working out so well.
We are extremely happy with Lakshya. He was just what Quinn needed and the 2 of them get along so well. We feel very lucky that we ended up with Lakshya.
Isabella is very happy with Phoebe and she has already shown improvement in her school work. Her teacher actually called me to tell me that she had improved which was great to hear.
