What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The ability to help someone overcome a concept that they have been struggling with provides a very gratifying feeling to both the student and the tutor. Another enjoying aspect about tutoring is the ability to see the progression of the student through the lessons which is quite fulfilling.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I like to work on the fundamentals as I believe developing a solid foundations without gaps helps with complete understanding of the topic. I like to use visual explanations and also like to go through worked examples to help the student understand the methods to working a question. My strength in tutoring is to be able to concisely explain the method to solving a question. I also have a strength in identifying the problem caused by the student leading to wrong answers. As I like to reverse engineer all answers and pin point each step to ensure full understanding.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is be patient. Allowing time for understanding and identifying the mistakes in a constructive manner rather than destructive. Furthermore, looking into more applicative view to the question, worked examples and thorough step by step explanations are the greatest tool in the tutors arsenal. However, the utmost importance for the tutor is to provide patient and comprehensive information to the student.
