Kiyan and Allira completed assignments and could explain what the data meant.

Ability to explore the process of statistical research.

Kiyan and Allira managed to work out how to use Excel to produce histogram graphs. They organised their data into frequency tables and then highlighted the data to create graphs. There was discussion about how to scale the data.

Still need to work on stem and leaf plots.

Kiyan and Allira were able to clarify their understanding of these terms. They also got an overview of where their assignment is going so they know what to do next.

Understanding of how to do an evaluation of data.

Students (Kiyan and Allira) were able to learn the correct processes for the revision problems. Then they practiced them and gained a measure of independence.

Remembering past content and remembering processes including using the calculator. Next session Thursday October 8.
