What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I like being able to connect with students and allow them to work on areas they may not understand in class. There is something really fulfilling knowing you've helped someone understand a certain topic or area they were struggling with.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have babysat and informally tutored for many years, as well as helped my younger brother with homework - which has afforded me patience and an understanding of how to help different students and cater to their learning styles. I am also very friendly and good with children.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To listen to them, I find that they often know best their own struggles, and it can be incredibly valuable to listen to them so that they can feel like they're being heard and helped. This can also help avoid the kids feeling like they are pointlessly covering areas they are already confident in.
