What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I love sharing my passion for mathematics and encouraging students to learn. My mum is a teacher and I have always been inspired by the change she makes in students lives and love to do the same through tutoring. I love going over the basics and furthering my knowledge through teaching.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think I have a very versatile understandings of maths. I went to Australian Maths and Science school, achieved straight As in maths and have achieved HD in university level maths. I also have worked in fabrication jobs that require a lot of on site mathematics (trigonometry) as well as am studying computer science which uses a lot of boolean mathematics.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Inspire students to understand the importance and broader concepts within mathematics. Also translate the mathematics to a way a student can understand - perhaps look at it more graphically, or by using a real world example - and by breaking down a complex problem into simple, easy to understand parts.
